Certification: 300-hour Teacher online training courses
Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
Overview 300 Hour Teacher online training courses
This 300-hour course is a quantum leap toward becoming a more authentic and dedicated advanced Ashtanga and Hatha yoga teacher. The yoga teacher training builds on Devvrat Yoga Sangha’s 200-hour yoga teacher training. Still, it is, of course, open to anyone holding a certificate from a 200-hour yoga teacher training course of any yoga style. During this training, you dive deeper into the system of Ashtanga yoga, investigating further the primary Ashtanga yoga series.
Furthermore, you have a closer look at Hatha yoga. You will explore both through practice, lectures, workshops, and teaching exercises. Enhance your knowledge and practice of asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, as well as anatomy and teaching methodologies.
It is all about practice
Apply everything you learn in this advanced teacher training course directly to your daily practice to implement the new knowledge immediately in your system. Within these intense six weeks of advanced yoga teacher training, you will notice how your practice enhances. You will get more confident with your own practice to share it with others on your ongoing path as a 500-hour certified yoga teacher.

Teaching needs practice, so Devvrat Yoga Sangha encourages you during the course to apply your knowledge instantly by teaching small groups. Devvrat Yoga Sangha’s team of experienced Ashtanga and Hatha yoga teachers will be guiding you and providing you feedback so you can enhance your teachings and get more comfortable with your knowledge, as well as find your own unique teaching style.
Broaden your skills to cater to all kinds of students
Find ways to adapt your, and your student’s practice to individual needs and conditions. Learn how to deal with typical injuries, adapt the practice for pregnant students, and understand what senior students need to follow a safe yet effective practice. You will get savvier with the use of yoga props and understand the incredible benefits of asana and pranayama.

The course
Asana, anatomy, physiology
Looking more closely at asanas and their functionality in the Ashtanga and Hatha yoga practice, you will gain a deeper knowledge of physiology and advanced anatomy, which includes subtle energy bodies and prana. Get more into assisting and learn more about the power of touch.
Philosophy
During your 300-hour teacher training course, you will understand the depth of yoga from a philosophical perspective, deepen your basic knowledge by analyzing key texts like the Bhagavad Gita, and apply it to today’s circumstances, and your lifestyle. Learn how to weave those philosophical concepts into your yoga teachings.
The art of teaching
- Knowledge: Become an expert in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga to share a firm base of knowledge and experience.
- Space and presence: Understand what your students need to feel safe and seen, and what will make them come back to your class. Strengthen your confidence in your own unique teaching style to create and hold a powerful space for your classes to succeed.
- Teaching principles: Review and improve your teaching skills by looking at instruction, observation, demonstration, and assists (hands-on assists, alignment)
- Business: Gain knowledge and sensibilize about yoga as a business
- Structure and sequencing: Get an insight into logically structuring a class and sequencing effectively
